The Challenge:

Sabretooth Energy wanted to abandon a low perm unproductive sand @ 1420-22m and 2 High perm wet sands @ 950-51m, & 932-33m above a productive zone, @ 1470-73m.

The Challenge:

To shut off a single water producing seam in a Horseshoe Canyon CBM well without damaging other seams above or below the water producing seam.

The Challenge:

Kingsmere Resources Inc. Had performed a 3 stage cement job in the Mitsue area and on one of the stages a casing leak of 10 l per minute was observed. The well needed to be stimulated and having casing integrity was critical.
